Joe Stillisano heads our Commercial and Retail Property Management Services Department and is supported by Trust Accountant, Trace Pezzali.  We currently manage a number of local commercial buildings and would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to assist with your commercial or retail property management needs.

Joe Stillisano
Joe is a long time hills resident. Loving the quality of life and the unique friendliness of the hills, Joe has been privileged to not only live and bring up his family in the area, but also been able to promote the area through real estate. Joe has been in local real estate for over 15 years.  Honesty and integrity, hard work as well as attention to detail are qualities most important to Joe, all of which he imparts in his daily personal life and work life. 

Trace Pezzali
Trace has a strong real estate background having worked in various roles within the industry, and brings to her position extensive skills in residential and commercial trust accounting. Trace also has experience working within property management, sales and marketing, office administration, as well as training of trust accounting software. Trace strives for accurancy and attention to detail. She focuses strongly on nurturing solid business relationships through integrity, diligent service and kindness.
